TITLE: Support Consultant

DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a Support Analyst to work in our Minneapolis, MN location We require a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, 2+ years development and/or systems integration and Oracle Retail software experience (RMS, RIB, RDW, DWI, ReSA, RTM, RIM). We also require experience in PL/SQL, C / C++, Oracle ProC, Java (J2EE and swing), Oracle Internet Developer Suite (IDS) especially Oracle Forms, XML, and UNIX (shell scripting). In addition, we will rely on you to:
• Build and test system reports, application enhancements, and modifications
• Facilitate the logging, reporting, and resolution of application issues
• Provide documentations regarding resolved issues and coding updates
• Build overall system schedule including online and batch operations
• Define programming modifications to existing software code, writing new software code, testing and debugging

DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a Development Consultant who is willing to travel a maximum of 40%. • Provider leadership to both OLR and Client team members
• Define project objectives, scope, organization, timelines, and overall approach and monitor progress
• Establish appropriate implementation project plans including management of staffing, timeline, and budget considerations
• Assist in identification of current client business and technical processes
• Assist in defining client reporting, data conversion, interface, and application enhancement requirements
• Facilitate the logging, reporting, and resolution of application and implementation issues
This position will require 80% travel.
